The Bastard Cast Iron Half Moon Griddle (M)

Add flat top versatility to your Bastard kamado with the Cast Iron Half Moon Griddle. This heavy-duty cast iron griddle covers half the cooking area, leaving the other side free for direct or indirect grilling – so you can sear on the griddle while smoking, roasting or warming on the opposite side.

The griddle is dual-sided for two styles of cooking. The flat side is ideal for eggs, pancakes, stir fry, flatbreads and anything that needs a smooth, even surface. Flip it over and the ribbed side delivers defined sear marks on steaks, chops, fish and vegetables while allowing juices to drain away.

Measuring ø 40 cm, cast iron heats up fast, retains heat at high temperatures and distributes it evenly across the full surface for consistent results cook after cook.
